Started as lodging project located on 700 m2 area for the staff of the 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Yalikavak. There are 17 staff rooms (40 beds capacity), 1 common area and garden area in the facility. Each of the rooms is approximately 40 m2 and each is designed with a separate bathroom. There is a total closed area of ​​460 m2 and a garden area of ​​240 m2. The architectural project and interior design project and all of the rough and fine works in the construction works have been done and delivered by DEMR Construction LTD.
