Started as lodging project located on 700 m2 area for the staff of the 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Yalikavak. There are 17 staff rooms (40 beds capacity), 1 common area and garden area in the facility. Each of the rooms is approximately 40 m2 and each is designed with a separate bathroom. There is a total closed area of 460 m2 and a garden area of 240 m2. The architectural project and interior design project and all of the rough and fine works in the construction works have been done and delivered by DEMR Construction LTD.
